Continuing yesterday’s topic of dealing with domestic violence at work, the Family Violence Prevention Fund website has sample policies for employers to incorporate into their existing workplace violence prevention programs. In addition to the sample general policy, examples are also given for; education and training, safety and security, employee leave, performance issues and employee benefits.
