		<description>there are articles published about CAMH and how the staff are being abused by clients. They are forgetting about the bullying and harassment that is currently occurring at the Queen St. Site. It involves, name calling, belittling, demeaning and emotional abuse to a staff member who has been there for over 25 years. She has an amazing collection of references and is well respected by her colleagues. She stood up for a colleague who was sexually assaulted and is  experienced extreme reprisal. She has now been the only staff member scrutinized to extremes ...had every document reviewed and of course the abuse is now under the guise of performance. Her letter of discipline reports that she is unsafe but has no examples or complaints to support it...In fact the letter is focused on personal character attacks against her. She has not been reported to her college which says it all. The HR dept. is complicit in this and have not stopped the bullying and harassment and in fact have ignored complaints from staff who have witnessed and reported it almost one year ago. She was placed in isolation for 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks were without a phone, computer or windows...these were cited as being &quot;too distracting&quot;. When she had a severe allergic reaction she had no phone available nor did she have safety alarm which is mandatory. Since then an external workplace assessment was done as HR denied that there was any harassment and has reinforced the culture of fear and comfirmed that the senior manager is seen as &quot;bullying and manipulative....&quot; and her underling is seen as &quot;Nepolionic?&quot; It is still continuing and it is still an abuse of power by a senior manager who is a dinasour not to mention the amount of tax dollars. When this is over I am sure that she will have substantial punitive damages. The Centre Of Excellence!</description>
