The CIPD’s factsheet on harassment and bullying at work is among the latest updated factsheets available for download from the CIPD website.
It looks at the legal implications of workplace bullying, as well as providing guidance on employers’ and employees’ responsibilities, what can constitute harassment and advice on anti-bullying policies. It includes links to in-depth CIPD tools on tackling bullying and sources of further information.
There are now more than 160 factsheets, with new and updated titles being added on a regular basis. Employee relations and evaluating learning and development are among the topics to have been updated in the past month.
