About the program: As the economy continues to fall, workplace violence is expected to rise rapidly. Understand the attitudes, beliefs, and mental images of perpetrators from psychological and law enforcement perspectives and learn effective redirection strategies. Components of a defensible workplace violence program will be presented to help participants determine the effectiveness of their own programs.
