University Co-Founder, Secret Service Agent Leads Violence Assessment Webinar

This summer, Henley-Putnam’s exclusive webinar series continues, this time led by University President and co-founder Michael Corcoran, PhD. In addition to his former career as a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, Dr. Corcoran is an author and one of the country’s foremost authorities in threat assessment and workplace violence and consults regularly with numerous World Fortune 500 companies on the topic.

“Recently, the U.S. government has stepped up to require that all businesses have workplace violence prevention programs in place to identify, prevent, and deal with the potential risk,” said Dr. Corcoran. “This month’s webinar will address how everyone who deals with determining the threat of violence should be concerned about knowing how to accurately assess the potential risk of someone becoming violent, or at least what to do if they suspect something.”
